In real world women and men work alongside each other, so this workshop is aimed to replicate our everyday environments in which men and women are present. This workshop is rich in content and abundant with insights as you will interact with each other, guided by the facilitator. Women will learn how to effectively negotiate on their own behalf as well as insights into what men do differently. Men will learn insights into female's thought process around asking for more as well as tools on how they can help their colleagues to be effective and confident negotiators.
